shipping BVC items and the closest warehouse address to ship the items to.

(remember you need to gather enough items to reach your financial goals. For better results take your estimate and double it because most people underestimate what they need to reach their goals.) 
(a good rule of thumb is to expect from $2-$5 payout per item collected, taking into account unsold items, market pricing and percentage share. So to reach a $1000 goal you would need to gather at least 200-500 BVC items. If you collect only quality BVC's in your library that people want to buy your payout percentage will be higher than these estimates.)

Please Designate recipient options below for 50% of net sales. There will be costs involved in marketing, handling and shipping items of no more than 25% of gross retail sale. Agora Bookstore will strive to keep administrative costs down to a minimum and use best means possible for shipping items.

We will notify the seller via email on a quarterly bases as to the status of their book, CD, and video sales. If the sales have gone over $25 for the recipient portion during any quarter, we will send out a payment to the designated recipient for up to a year from the initial start date. If the sales are less than $25 for the recipient payment in any quarter then we will wait to send payment until the next quarterly review. One exception to this would be if all items have sold, or the items have been listed for four consecutive quarters. If either situation is determined then payment in sent whatever the amount and final release of items left over is negotiated. If the sales go well and enough items are sold then the recipient should receive up to four quarterly installments from the seller(s) items. A years worth of payments for a one time donation, that's a great fund raiser.

If we have multiple sellers sending money to the same recipient then we will combine the amounts into one quarterly payment and send an itemized listing of each sellers amount to the recipient.

After a year any items left in the sellers library collection will be discarded or disposed of at our discretion. Unless otherwise specified by the seller. We will attempt to contact the seller and discuss options before removing the library from our warehouse.

Legal Note: Agora Bookstore will strive to handle, represent and ship your used books, CD's, and videos with care, and make reasonable and honest presentation of their condition. We will also offer to sell your items at the highest price the buyer markets and sales channels will bear. Agora Bookstore will make every reasonable effort to sell your items and disburse the proceeds of your items as stipulated in the contract above. Agora Bookstore will at no time be held liable for lost, misplaced, stolen or misrepresented items. The items remain the possession of the seller until sold, returned upon request or released after one year at the sellers discretion.
